We export directly from Japan to Cyprus and Malta. Most cars are under three years old with less than 30,000 km.

  • How It Works

    Your Guide to Buying Cars from Japan

    Choose your car

    First, choose your car—either by submitting a request form or selecting from our inventory.

    Payment of the deposit / car

    If you choose a car from our inventory, you can pay either the full amount or a deposit by card. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer or cash, just let us know. Once your payment—deposit or full amount—is received, you will get a confirmation email within 24 hours.

    If you are purchasing a car by request at this stage, no payment is required.

    Payment of the Invoice

    If you pay only a deposit or require special transportation, such as a container, we will issue an invoice for the remaining balance.

    If you are purchasing a car by request and we have found your car, we will issue an invoice for the agreed price so you can make your payment.

    The vehicle will only be shipped once full payment is received. Any delay in payment may result in a postponed shipping date.

    Shipping

    After full payment has been received, the vehicle will be prepared for shipment. This process usually takes about 14 days. Upon request, shipping can also be arranged via container or air freight (at an additional cost).

    Tracking

    Once the exact departure date of the vehicle is set, you will be notified. You will also receive an estimated arrival date. A tracking link will be provided so you can check the current transport status at any time.

    Document Shipment

    Immediately after shipping, all necessary documents for the vehicle will be compiled. This includes all paperwork required for vehicle registration, as well as any available service records. Generally, all relevant documents are shipped within 14 business days after dispatch of the vehicle.

    Arrival at the Port

    After approximately 6 to 12 weeks, the vehicle should arrive at the destination port. The previously signed customs authorization will be used to clear the vehicle on your behalf.

    Please note that delays may occur due to weather conditions, war, port strikes, or other unforeseen events.

    Vehicle Handover

    Pickup at the port

    The vehicle can be picked up at the port in Cyprus or Malta. Please remember to bring your license plate, as it is required for collection.

    Home Delivery (optional)

    If pickup at the port is not possible, we also offer delivery directly to your desired location. More details can be found under “More options”.
