Unless otherwise requested, your vehicle will be shipped on the next available RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) vessel — the industry-standard, safest, and most cost-efficient method for vehicle transport. Alternative shipping options available upon request.

Once the shipping method is confirmed, we will issue an official invoice covering:
✅ Actual shipping cost to Cyprus (or Malta) port
✅ Marine cargo insurance (All Risks coverage included)

Invoice amount = Exact, itemized shipping cost only
→ No markup. No hidden fees. Our service margin is fully included in the Basic plan fee — never added to freight charges.

Importing a vehicle into Cyprus or Malta incurs mandatory taxes payable to the local authorities:

▪ Customs Duty: Typically 10% (may vary depending on vehicle type, engine capacity, age, etc.)
▪ VAT: 19% in both Cyprus and Malta, calculated on the CIF value + Customs Duty

⚠️ Please note: These taxes are a legal obligation of the importer (the buyer) and must be paid directly to the local customs authority or their appointed agent — not to our company.

✅ Exception: If you choose the All Inclusive Plan, we will prepay and settle these duties and VAT on your behalf.

All-Inclusive Planic Plan, customs clearance, duty, and VAT payment are the responsibility of the buyer.

The price listed for the Basic Plan reflects the FOB (Free On Board) Japan value — i.e., the vehicle’s purchase price only (auction or dealer cost, inclusive of export prep and port delivery in Japan).

All additional costs — including ocean freight, insurance, Customs Duty, VAT, and local import/registration fees — are billed separately at actual cost, based on your shipping choice and destination requirements (as detailed above).
